Here’s What People Say About the Training:

BFR Cert Course
"Awesome course!
Dr. Lachowski does a great job at breaking down “why” blood flow restriction training works and how to properly apply it in the rehab and strength and conditioning settings. This course was very “hands-on” and very practical. I was a skeptic before the course but now feel very confident with BFRT and it has become one of my favorite modalities in my PT “tool box."

~ Paul M., PT

I attended Paul and Susie’s BFR training in 2020. I had researched Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) previously and found the science, practical application, and it’s potential to help my clients (and myself) to be very compelling. Paul and Susie are both exceptional educators who use an evidence based foundation paired with a pragmatic clinical approach that any therapist can relate to in any setting. And to top it all off I got a great workout during their class! It was probably the most fun I’ve had at any course I’ve taken in my career. Since then BFR has become my preferred method of strength training. I love the fact that I can get the results of a high-intensity workout with significantly lower weights and higher reps in very little time. I’ve seen great outcomes for myself, with competitive athletes, and older adults!

We recently hosted a Blood Flow Restriction course at our rehab facility, put on by Paul Marquis and Susie Lachowski of Glass Training and Education.  We host courses on a regular basis due to the size of our organization and this was, by far, one of the best programs we’ve had.  Not only was it a topic that is immediately applicable to a good percentage of our patient population, but Paul and Suzie were outstanding presenters and trainers.  The feedback from staff in attendance was overwhelmingly positive and all were appreciative just to be in attendance.  The training was hands-on and interactive and Paul and Suzie are dynamic and practical in their approach to teaching BFR.  I’ve never seen so many exhausted therapists at the end of a course and our group picture at the end looked more like a group that had just gotten done with an aerobics class.
In the days and weeks following the course, I’ve received lots of positive feedback, not only about the applicability of the techniques that were taught, but also about the quality of the course and presenters.  We were lucky to have such a great team of Paul and Susie and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to host a BFR course.  Thank you both!!
