Coach Arnett received his Bachelor's Degree in Movement Science as well as his Master's Degree in Education for Administration. Coach Arnett is an established strength and conditioning coach, personal trainer, and Physical Education Educator. Coach Arnett has many years of experience as a strength and conditioning expert and varsity sports coach for baseball and football at West Springfield High School and Minnechaug Regional High School as well as he has coached varsity football for Enfield HS. Coach Arnett is a lead Physical Education Teacher at Minnechaug Regional High School and has been a head strength coach for many collegiate programs as well as private Sports Performance facilities in the Western Mass area.
Coach Arnett's area of expertise is strength and conditioning of athletes, sport coaching, group fitness instruction, and training various populations to enhance physical performance

Dave is currently a premier Law Enforcement Officer and earned his Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Wheaton College as well as his MS in Criminal Justice from Lasell College.
Dave was an Army Ranger, 2nd Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment for the United States Army from 2012-2016. He graduated from the following Military Schools: RASP 1, U.S. Army Ranger School, and S.E.R.E. School.
Dave was a Boston Police Officer from 2016-2019.
Dave is a tactical expert and prepares individuals joining the military physically and mentally via proper education, exercise techniques, and enhances fitness development across various military branches and tactical populations.
