Fitness on the Fly Sessions

Come get a little sweat on before the day begins!

  • Improve muscular and cardiovascular fitness 

  • Enhance core strength and flexibility

  • Modifiable exercises for all fitness abilities

  • All equipment and instruction is provided

  • Pay as you go, per session only!

Where: Longmeadow HS Track

When: Saturday mornings (and some Sundays, check schedule)
